"Darkspots" or a "Darkspots Box" is a monthly box service that delivers self-care to your door every single month of the year. Filled with 5 to 6 products that are aimed at providing a positive and happier outlook on life, great for those days where mental health is not at it's optimum.

Often when mental health crisis strikes we have nothing immediately around us to encourage improvement or to help with finding the positive within every day. A Darkspots self-care box is our solution to this daily problem, tackling insecurity, low mood and helping you to discover more about yourself.

If you'd like to give it a try see our one-off box with no ties and no recurring payments just one transaction for one box. Simple.

Technically a business but we're far from big and corporate, small and personal is our forte.

Setup by founder Liam Thompson, 20 in 2017 who just like you suffers from small everyday anxieties and has faced a long battle with depression. Along with a small team of like-minded individuals focused on the planets well-being, physically pretty similar but mentally our power is in the execution. We're driven and understanding of situation, circumstance and those 'help me' moments.

As a non-emotionally connected robot may put it: if you're not OK then neither are we.

Now for the deadly serious disclaimer you've all been waiting for.

Originally just an idea in our heads, putting Darkspots to paper wasn't easy. However, mental health like it or not has never been treated with the same gradient of care as physical health. That's where we come in.

Taking on the stigma and these strange emotions with products, mood changers if you like, that mean you don't have to be an expert in understanding the brain to feel better. Your part in all of this? Parting with just £15 a month to receive this downtime it's all just a series of click away.

Oh and one last thing. Ask yourself, how are you today?
